International Shipping Policy:

  • Export Duty Responsibility: We handle the export duty for customs clearance in India. It is our responsibility to ensure that all necessary export duties are paid.
  • Import Duties for Buyer Countries: If the buyer's country requires customs clearance, it is important to provide clear instructions. Additionally, any import duties mandated by the buyer's country must be paid by the buyer. While we can offer guidance on customs clearance, we cannot take responsibility for the process.
  • Rejection of Imported Medicine: If the buyer's country rejects the importation of medicine, the buyer assumes full responsibility, including any associated return charges.
  • Return Process and Refunds: If a product is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the return charges. We will refund only the cost of the medicine after these charges have been paid.
  • Non-Refundable Transit Fees: Please note that transit fees are non-refundable. These fees are paid to our international courier partner at the time of shipping.
