This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how ayurmedplus handles order cancellations, refunds, and returns for purchases made on our website www.ayurmedplus.com.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at support@ayurmedplus.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
To request a refund, contact us at support@ayurmedplus.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If a return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup. For other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and labels. Refunds may be denied if these conditions are not met.

Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order for replacement products.
