ASHTA DEEPAKINI CHOORANAM;

Asta Deepakini Chooranam by Vedha Traditional Pharma is Siddha herbal medicine, it is used to treat Gi tract disorders and Acid conditions.

Asta Deepakini Chooranam is an Ayurvedic medicine to help provide relief from indigestion and is used as a gas relief medicine and also a Churan for digestion. As the name indicates, it is a combination of eight ingredients. It is widely used as a gas relief medicine for adults. It is a digestive stimulant that also acts as an appetizer, and carminative. It is used in Ayurvedic treatments to help with flatulence treatment and possesses antispasmodic, antioxidant anti-inflammatory, hepato-protective, and anthelmintic properties. Though it is primarily an Ayurvedic medicine for digestion problems it also functions to reduce Ama formation making it an ideal supplementary medicine for other disorders that need to reduce Ama.

Asta Deepakini Chooranam is famous for its carminative & digestive properties. Asta Deepakini Chooranam is famous for its magnificent properties in resolving disorders of the digestive system. Indigestion, heartburn, flatulence, constipation, etc are cured with regular use of Asta Deepakini Chooranam. It is prescribed irrespective of age for treating anorexia and indigestion. This medicine yields good results in children's gastric problems. Rather than being used as a medicine, Asta Deepakini Chooranam is advised for regular use by children. It also cures abdominal worm infestations.

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Zingiber officinale Rz. (Chukku)- 20% -, commonly known as ginger, is a spice consumed worldwide for culinary and medicinal purposes. The plant has a number of chemicals responsible for its medicinal properties, such as antiarthritis, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, etc.

Piper nigrum (Milagu) - 20% - antibacterial 79, antiviral, antifungal, antimicrobial, anti-adipogenesis, insecticidal, larvicidal, pesticide, anti-diarrheal, analgesic and antipyretic, anti-apoptotic, antidepressant, antimutagenic and anticancer

Piper longum (Thippili)- 20% is most commonly used to treat chronic bronchitis, asthma, constipation, gonorrhea, paralysis of the tongue, diarrhea, cholera, chronic malaria, viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, stomachache, bronchitis, diseases of the spleen, cough, and tumors.

Elettaria cardamomum (Elam) -20% -  is used to cure indigestion, nausea, vomiting and used to expel out phlegm out of the body. It is very beneficial in congestion of the lungs and other pulmonary diseases. It is also used as a laxative and used to prevent stomach pain, flatulence, and gripping

Cuminum cyminum Sd. (Seeragam)- 20% -  widely used as the spice for their distinctive aroma, they are also commonly used in traditional medicine to treat a variety of diseases, including chronic diarrhea and dyspepsia, acute gastritis, diabetes, and cancer

Saccharum officinarum (Sarkkarai) - - is widely used in India in the treatment of jaundice, hemorrhage, dysuria, anuria, and other urinary diseases.

Apium graveolens - used as anthelmintic, antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic, laxative, sedative stimulants in the Arab traditional ;

Nigella Sativa - has been used for centuries in herbal medicine to treat certain health conditions including asthma, bronchitis, and inflammation. It has also long been used as a spice and food preservative.

Trachyspermum Ammi - stimulant, antispasmodic and carminative properties and is used traditionally as an important remedial agent for flatulence, atonic dyspepsia, diarrhea, abdominal tumors, abdominal pains, piles, and bronchial problems, lack of appetite, galactagogue, asthma, and amenorrhoea.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;

Take 1-2gms with ghee or honey after food 2-3 times a day. Can be used as an adjuvant for Kantha Chendooram or as directed by the physician.
