AAVARAI KIYAZHAM;

Aavarai Kiyazham is a Classical Siddha medicine in siddha system of medicine, it is used to treat diabetes mellitius and diabetes insipitus.

 Its flower, leaves, stem, root, and unripe fruit are used for treatment, especially in Ayurvedic medicine. People use Cassia auriculata for diabetes, eye infections (conjunctivitis), joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), constipation, jaundice, liver disease, and urinary tract disorders.

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Cassia auriculata - flower, leaves, stem, root, and unripe fruit are used for treatment, especially in Ayurvedic medicine. People use Cassia auriculata for diabetes, eye infections (conjunctivitis), joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), constipation, jaundice, liver disease, and urinary tract disorders.

Syzygium cumini -  is acrid, sweet, digestive, astringent to the bowels, anthelmintic and used for the treatment of sore throat, bronchitis, asthma, thirst, biliousness, dysentery and ulcers. It is also a good blood purifier.

Terminalia arjuna -has been used to balance the three “humors”: kapha, pitta, and vata. It has also been used for asthma, bile duct disorders, scorpion stings, and ;

Cyperus rotundus - used to treat various clinical conditions at home such as diarrhea, diabetes, pyresis, inflammation, malaria, and stomach and bowel disorders.

Casearia esculenta - an indigenous antidiabetic plant popularly used in South India for diabetes mellitus, lowers blood glucose level under normal and glucose load conditions, and in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes in rats.

Embilica officinalis -  is one of the most important plants in the traditional Ayurvedic medical system as well as in other traditional health systems for immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, hepatoprotective, and anticancer actions.

Terminalia bellerica - is used to protect the liver and to treat respiratory conditions, including respiratory tract infections, cough, and sore throat. Terminalia chebula is used for dysentery. Terminalia bellerica and Terminalia chebula are used as a lotion for sore eyes.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;

Take 30ml with honey twice a day after food or as directed by the physician.
