GORANCHI TABLETS;
Goranchi Tablets is an ayurvedic preparation by Sagar Pharmaceuticals for the management of diabetes type 2.
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Gymnema Sylvestre - may help you fight sugar cravings and lower high blood sugar levels. The plant may also play a beneficial role in diabetes treatment, as it may help stimulate insulin secretion and the regeneration of pancreas islet cells both of which can help lower blood sugar.
Eugenia jambolana - is widely used in folk medicine for diabetes. It is also used by the mouth for gas (flatulence), swelling (inflammation) of the stomach (gastritis), constipation, diarrhea, and other conditions. Jambolan is sometimes used for sore throat and applied directly to the skin for skin ulcers.
Emblica Officinalis - is an antioxidant, immune-modulatory, antipyretic, analgesic, cytoprotective, anti-ulcer, immune-modulatory, anti-inflammatory, antitussive, and gastroprotective are also studied.
Curcuma longa - is used as traditional medicine and remedy for various diseases including coughs, diabetes, dermatological conditions, respiratory problems, cardiovascular and hepatobiliary diseases, arthritis, irritable bowel disease (IBS), peptic ulcers, psoriasis, and atherosclerosis.
Caseirana esculenta - relieve flatulence, encourage glaucoma. regulate appetite. clear mucus from the airways.
Enicostemma littorale - a perennial herb of the family Gentianaceae is cosmopolitan in occurrence in India. The bittery natured plant acts as a laxative, helps in curing fever, rheumatism, skin diseases, abdominal disorders, snake bite, obesity and helps to regulate blood sugar levels.
Asphaltum - used for managing stress and anxiety but also plays a significant role in treating conditions like dysuria, glycosuria, breathing disorders, urinary disorders, kidney stones, edema, skin diseases

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;
