PRABHANJANAM KUZHAMBU;
Prabhanjanam Kuzhambu is an Ayurvedic medicine known to help in the treatment of joint and muscle pain and other neuromuscular disorders. It is made up of Ayurvedic ingredients that may help prevent muscle wasting or muscle atrophy and aid in neuromuscular disorders treatment and management
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Premna integrifolia - is anti-inflammatory, stomachic, and anti-pyretic, and is prescribed in liver complaints, cold, obstinate fevers, flatulence, urticaria, rheumatism, and neuralgia. The roots of the plant are constituent of Ayurvedic medicine 'dashamula' and used for a various ailments.
Moringa Oleifera - "tired blood" (anemia), arthritis and other joint pain (rheumatism), asthma, cancer, constipation, diabetes, diarrhea, seizures, stomach pain, stomach and intestinal ulcers, intestinal spasms, headache, heart problems, high blood pressure, kidney stones, symptoms of menopause
Sida cordifolia - is used to treat asthma, tuberculosis, the common cold, flu, headaches, nasal congestion, cough and wheezing, urinary tract infections, sore mouth, and fluid retention (edema).
Asparagus recemosus - upset stomach (dyspepsia), constipation, stomach spasms, and stomach ulcers. It is also used for fluid retention, pain, anxiety, cancer, diarrhea, bronchitis, tuberculosis, dementia, and diabetes. Asparagus racemosus is also used to increase sexual desire (as an aphrodisiac).
Crataeva nurvala - inflammation, rheumatic fever, gastric irritation, and constipation.
Calotropis procera - snake bite, sinus fistula, rheumatism, mumps, burn injuries, and body pain. The leaves of Calotropis procera are also used to treat jaundice.
Pongamia pinnata - has been applied as crude drug for the treatment of tumors, piles, skin diseases, and ulcers. The root is effective for treating gonorrhea, cleaning gums, teeth, and ulcers, and is used in vaginal and skin diseases
Barleria prionitis - has been utilized for treatment of toothache, catarrhal affections, whooping cough, inflammations, glandular swellings, urinary infection, jaundice, fever, gastrointestinal disorders and as diuretic and tonic.
Withania somnifera, commonly called ashwagandha, is a winter cherry tropical to the Solanaceae family that is used in treating a wide variety of illnesses including asthma, diabetes, hypertension, stress, arthritic diseases, and cancer.
Aegle marmelos possesses antidiarrhoeal, antimicrobial, antiviral, radioprotective, anticancer, chemopreventive, antipyretic, ulcer healing, antigenotoxic, diuretic, antifertility and anti-inflammatory properties.
Oroxylum indicum - prevention and treatment of several diseases, such as jaundice, arthritic and rheumatic problems, gastric ulcers, tumors, respiratory diseases, diabetes, and diarrhea and dysentery, among others.
Stereospermum suaveolens - indigestion, hiccups, vomiting, diarrhea, pain, fever, diabetes, liver disorders, and asthma. People apply stereospermum to the skin to heal wounds.
INDICATIONS;
It is used to treat abscess due to Vata, hernia, abdominal colic, facial palsy, neuro-muscular conditions due to Vata imbalance and backache.
Important in sarvanga vata [paraplegia]. Very effective if applied externally in pounding pain, pricking pain, numbness and loss of strength. Controls rheumatism. For quick relief, use warm.

To be applied externally on the pain area, or as directed by the physician.
