Cynoment Herbal Skin Oinment is a Siddha herbal Medicine. it is used to treat heals cuts and Wounds, Checks infections due to its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal action, Provides relief from itching.
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Cynodon dactylon is used as a laxative, coolant, expectorant, carminative and as a brain and heart tonic. In Homoeopathic systems of medicine, it is used to treat all types of bleeding and skin troubles.
Azadirachta Indica - Neem leaf is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.
Psoralea corylifolia - has been used since centuries in leukoderma, psoriasis, vitiligo, asthma, ulcers, kidney disorders, and as an aphrodisiac and an anti-inflammatory. It is reported to contain essential oil, coumarins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and terpenoids.
Pongamia pinnata has been applied as crude drug for the treatment of tumors, piles, skin diseases, and ulcers. The root is effective for treating gonorrhea, cleaning gums, teeth, and ulcers, and is used in vaginal and skin diseases
Wrightia tinctoria is used as anthelmintic(to destroy parasitic worms), anodyne (painkiller), antipyretic ( fever), aphrodisiac(to stimulate sexual desire), astringent (skin related problems), carminative (gastric problems), depurative (removes wastes and toxins from the body)
Hydnocarpus kurzii - Chaulmugra oil obtained from the seed is used in the treatment of leprosy. Bark decoction is drunk as a general tonic to improve health and in the treatment of skin conditions and internal disorders. The roots and seeds are used by Thai traditional doctors for skin diseases.
