Sarcostemma brevistigma - is a potential medicinal plant belonging to the family Asclepiadaceae. It is used in the traditional systems of medicine for various ailments. The decoction of the plant is useful to gargle for throat and mouth infections. Fresh roots are prescribed for jaundice
Clitoria ternatea - is also used for stress, anxiety, mental fatigue, neuroprotection, insomnia, diabetes, infections, pain relief, and immune system modulation. Various formulations are also used to treat nervous disorders, such as insanity, epilepsy, hysteria, and psycho-neurosis.
Bacopa monnieri has been used by Ayurvedic medical practitioners for centuries for a variety of purposes, including improving memory, reducing anxiety, and treating epilepsy ( 2 ). In fact, research shows that it may boost brain function and alleviate anxiety and stress, among other benefits.
