ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Curcum longa - is used as a traditional medicine and remedy for various diseases including a coughs, diabetes, dermatological conditions, respiratory problems, cardiovascular and hepatobiliary diseases, arthritis, irritable bowel disease (IBS), peptic ulcers, psoriasis, and atherosclerosis.

Cassia fistula - treatment of inflammatory swellings and as a cleaning agent for ulcers and wounds. It is believed to decrease purulent discharge and act as a local antiseptic. The fruits are also used as a laxative.

Berberis arisata -  use of this herb is in eye related disorders. It is also used for quick healing of wounds and paste of this herb is also useful in syphilis, ulcers and anal fistula. Daruharidra helps to cure spasmodic pain and is very beneficial for patients of menorrhagia and leucorrhoea.

Ichocarpus frutescens -  is a medicinal plant, given various formulations made with this plant given orally to treat dysentery, glossitis, heamaturia, measles, bleeding gums, convulsions, cough, delirium, etc.

Prunus ceresoides -  is used for plastering fractured bones. The smaller branches are crushed and soaked in water and taken internally to stop abortion. Its stem is antipyretic, refrigerant and useful in treating vomiting, leprosy and leucoderma.

Emblica officinalis as antioxidant, immune modulatory, antipyretic, analgesic, cytoprotective, anti ulser, immune modulatory, anti inflammatory, antitussive and gastroprotective are also ;

Marsdenia tenacissima - have been widely used for the treatment of asthma, trachitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, cystitis, pneumonia and drug or food poisoning.

Adathoda vasica - use of Adhatoda Vasica is as an expectorant; it is given in the form of juice, syrup or decoction. It softens the thick sputum, facilitates its coming out and thus brings about quick relief in bronchitis. The expectorant activity is due to stimulation of bronchial glands.

Citrullus colocynthis - traditional medicinal uses including in diabetes, leprosy, common cold, cough, asthma, bronchitis, jaundice, joint pain, cancer, toothache, wound, mastitis, and in gastrointestinal disorders such as indigestion, constipation, dysentery, gastroenteritis

Alstonia scholaris  -  is used to cure skin diseases and rheumatism; the root juice is taken with milk to cure leprosy; fresh bark is put in water to draw out the latex, which is taken orally in case of tuberculosis; dried powder is administered orally to cure diarrhoea; and bark extract is useful in case of intestinal worms.

Fagonia arabica - is known to purify blood and also acts as a deobstruent (22). It is also used for skin diseases, small pox and for endothermic reaction in the body. The twigs of the plant are used as remedy for snake bite and also applied externally as paste on tumours and for the swellings of neck.

Vettivera zizanoides - is widely used in treating fever, dysuria, burning sensation, fatigue syndrome, skin disorders etc. Potable water prepared with this also has many health ;

Terminalia chebula - is a magical remedy that holds high significance in treating countless health problems including indigestion, gastritis, lung disease, obesity, impotence, cough, cold, asthma, vision defects, urinary tract infections and hair, and skin problems.

Terminalia bellirica -  is used to protect the liver and to treat respiratory conditions, including respiratory tract infections, cough, and sore throat. Terminalia chebula is used for dysentery.

Piper longum - ''Piperine''exhibits diverse pharmacological activities like antihypertensive, antiplatelet, antioxidant, antitumor, anti-asthmatics, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-diarrheal, antispasmodic, antidepressants, immunomodulatory, anticonvulsant, anti-thyroids, antibacterial.

Glycyrrhiza glabra - is a small perennial herb that has been traditionally used to treat many diseases, such as respiratory disorders, hyperdipsia, epilepsy, fever, sexual debility, paralysis, stomach ulcers, rheumatism, skin diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, and jaundice.

Picrorhiza kurroa is a well-known herb in the Ayurvedic system of medicine and has traditionally been used to treat disorders of the liver and upper respiratory tract, reduce fevers, and to treat dyspepsia, chronic diarrhea, and scorpion sting.

Holarrhena antidysenterica - is used to treat indigestion, abdominal pain and also used to stimulate low digestive fire. Roasted powder of inderjao is recommended to treat vomiting. Powder of kutajbeej is also used to treat chronic asthma and other chronic lung disorders.

Aconitum heterophyllum are cooling in potency and bitter in taste. They are used as expectorant, febrifuge, anthelmintic, anti-diarrhoeal, anti-emetic, and anti-inflammatory. They are also used against poisoning due to scorpion or snake bite and to cure fever and contagious diseases.

Hemidesmus indicus - is demulcent, alterative, astringent, diaphoretic, diuretic, tonic, anti-pyretic, and blood purifier. It is used in leprosy, skin diseases, fever, asthma, bronchitis, syphilis, pruritus and other urinary diseases, chronic rheumatism, and leucorrhoea.

Cissampelos pareira -  is used in the treatment of chronic non-healing ulcers and sinuses. It is also used in the treatment of chronic skin diseases and in the treatment of poisonous bites. Its anti-inflammatory activity has been investigated with encouraging results.

Cyperus rotundus - is a medicinal herb traditionally used to treat various clinical conditions at home such as diarrhea, diabetes, pyresis, inflammation, malaria, and stomach and bowel disorders.

Santalum album - is used for treating the common cold, cough, bronchitis, fever, and sore mouth and throat. It is also used to treat urinary tract infections (UTIs), liver disease, gallbladder problems, heatstroke, gonorrhea, headache, and conditions of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease).

Swertia chirata - a popular medicinal herb indigenous to the temperate Himalayas is used in traditional medicine to treat numerous ailments such as liver disorders, malaria, and diabetes and are reported to have a wide spectrum of pharmacological properties.

Asparagus racemosus  - for upset stomach (dyspepsia), constipation, stomach spasms, and stomach ulcers. It is also used for fluid retention, pain, anxiety, cancer, diarrhea, bronchitis, tuberculosis, dementia, and ;

Bacopa monniera -  has been used by Ayurvedic medical practitioners for centuries for a variety of purposes, including improving memory, reducing anxiety, and treating epilepsy 

Rubia cordifolia  -  is popular all over the world for its medicinal uses in skin diseases like eczema, dermatitis and skin ulcers

Cedrus deodara - wood act as expectorant and useful in curing piles, epilepsy, stones in the kidney and bladder, useful in fevers and in many other disorders. The oil is antiseptic in nature and helpful in curing skin diseases, wounds, urogenital diseases, diaphoretic as well as insecticide.

Acorus calamus -  is used to make medicine. Despite safety concerns, calamus is used for gastrointestinal (GI) problems including ulcers, inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis), intestinal gas (flatulence), upset stomach and loss of appetite (anorexia).

Tinospora cordifolia has an importance in traditional ayurvedic medicine used for ages in the treatment of fever, jaundice, chronic diarrhea, cancer, dysentery, bone fracture, pain, asthuma, skin disease, poisonous insect, snake bite, eye disorders.

 Azadirachta Indica - is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.

Solanum indicum - is useful in the treatment of asthma, catarrh, dropsy, chest pain, chronic fever, colic, dry and spasmodic cough, oedema, scorpion stings, difficult urination, and worm infestation.
