AAVARAI KUDINEER CHOORANAM;
Aavarai Kudineer Chooranam is a Classical Siddha medicine in siddha system of medicine, it is used to treat diabetes mellitius and diabetes insipitus.
Its flower, leaves, stem, root, and unripe fruit are used for treatment, especially in Ayurvedic medicine. People use Cassia auriculata for diabetes, eye infections (conjunctivitis), joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), constipation, jaundice, liver disease, and urinary tract disorders.
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Cassia auriculata - flower, leaves, stem, root, and unripe fruit are used for treatment, especially in Ayurvedic medicine. People use Cassia auriculata for diabetes, eye infections (conjunctivitis), joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), constipation, jaundice, liver disease, and urinary tract disorders.
Saussurea lappa roots have been widely used in chronic gastritis, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma and bronchitis in traditional medicine and in inflammation-related diseases. Its roots are used especially in Siddha for the medicinal purposes
Syzygium cumini - is acrid, sweet, digestive, astringent to the bowels, anthelmintic and used for the treatment of sore throat, bronchitis, asthma, thirst, biliousness, dysentery and ulcers. It is also a good blood purifier.
Terminalia arjuna -has been used to balance the three “humors”: kapha, pitta, and vata. It has also been used for asthma, bile duct disorders, scorpion stings, and ;
Salacia reticulata - is used for treating gonorrhea, asthma, itchiness, joint pain (rheumatism), obesity, thirst, and menstrual problems.
Cyperus rotundus - used to treat various clinical conditions at home such as diarrhea, diabetes, pyresis, inflammation, malaria, and stomach and bowel disorders.
Casearia esculenta - an indigenous antidiabetic plant popularly used in South India for diabetes mellitus, lowers blood glucose level under normal and glucose load conditions, and in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes in rats.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;
Take 5gms of the powder mix it with 300ml. of water, boil and reduce to 30ml and give it by addition with honey twice a day or as directed by the physician.
