Murukkan Vithai Mathirai is a classical medicine in the Siddha system of medicine, It acts as a purgative. it is used to treat Intestinal worms, fistula, and other anorectal diseases. It is very useful in relieving Peptic ulcer,Flatulence,Indigestion,Kapha, Constipation and worm ;
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Butea monosperma - is widely used in ayurveda, unani and homeopathic medicine. Flowers are astringent to bowel, in heal “Kapha”, leprosy, strangury, gout, skin diseases, thirst sensation; flower juice is used to treat eye diseases. Orally given flower juice is used for the treatment of diarrhea.
Picrorhiza kurroa - is a well-known herb in the Ayurvedic system of medicine and has traditionally been used to treat disorders of the liver and upper respiratory tract, reduce fevers, and to treat dyspepsia, chronic diarrhea, and scorpion sting.
