KHAMIRA GAUZABAN AMBARI;

Khamira Gauzaban Ambari is an Unani Medicine used for strengthening nerves, brain, heart, and mind. It improves eyesight and acuity. It reduces stress and improves the quality of sleep. It is used for the treatment of nervine weakness, mental fatigue, stress, insomnia, heart palpitation, restlessness, vertigo, and several other mental disorders characterized by hyper-excitement and altered mood. It is also beneficial in cases of common cold, flu, and sore throat.

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Borago Officinalis - has been used in hyperactive gastrointestinal, respiratory, and cardiovascular disorders, such as gastrointestinal (colic, cramps, diarrhea), airways (asthma, bronchitis), cardiovascular, (cardiotonic, antihypertensive, and blood purifier), urinary (diuretic and kidney/bladder disorders) 

Coriandrum Sativum -  is used for a long-term disorder of the large intestines that causes stomach pain (irritable bowel syndrome or IBS), constipation, diarrhea, gas (flatulence), nausea, athlete's foot (Tinea pedis), and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Bombyx Mori Cocoon - is used in the treatment of hepatitis, acute pancreatitis, chronic nephritis, stomach disorders and various leukocytopenia. A growth hormone has also been reported from silkworm litter 

Salvia Haematodes Linn has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant features. It is useful in treating menstrual issues like Dysmenorrhea and Amenorrhea. It is used to improve memory and learning abilities.

Centaurea Behen - powerful aphrodisiac and resolvent of phlegmatic humor; they also prescribe it in calculous affections and jaundice.

Lallemantia Royleana - is a species of flowering plant in the mint family, Lamiaceae. In Iran, it is known as balangu Shirazi and it is used as a folk medicine treatment for fever and coughs. Its seeds are a good source of polysaccharides, fiber, oil, and protein.

Santalum album - common colds, bronchitis, skin disorders, heart ailments, general weakness, fever, infection of the urinary tract, inflammation of the mouth and pharynx, liver and gallbladder complaints, and other maladies.

Ocimum gratissimum -  have been used as a general tonic and anti-diarrhea agent and for the treatment of conjunctivitis by instilling directly into the eyes; the leaf oil when mixed with alcohol is applied as a lotion for skin infections and taken internally for bronchitis.

Melissa Parviflora - is one of the most influential plants and used for centuries in the Unani system of medicine for the treatment of various malady such as Epilepsy (mirgi), hemiplegia (falij), migraine (shaqeeqa), insomnia (sehar), indigestion (sue hazm) and palpitation (khafqaan), etc

Saccharum officinarum -  is the treatment of jaundice, hemorrhage, dysuria, anuria, and other urinary diseases.

Honey - is used in the treatment of eye diseases, throat infections, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, hiccups, thirst, dizziness, fatigue, hepatitis, worm infestation, constipation, piles, eczema, healing of wounds, ulcers and is used as a nutritious, easily digestible food for weak people.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;

Take 5-10gms after food twice a day or as directed by the physician.

Arq Gaozaban (125 ml) is the best adjuvant in all cases; Warm milk (250 ml) for strengthening heart and brain and heart diseases and mental disorders; Warm water for cold, flu, and sore throat.
