TOLE NORM OINTMENT;
Tolenorm ointment is a Proprietary Siddha Medicine which is specially formulated with both polar and non-polar actives prepared through a unique process from the following plants: Wrightia tinctoria, Psorolea corylifolia, Indigofera tinctoria, Piper longum and Oleum Cocos nucifera.
Therapy with Tolenorm ointment is proven to be effective in the management of Vitiligo and hypopigmentary problems. Tolenorm oil augment tyrosinase activity at pre and post transcriptional level, augments α- MSH activity. (Melanocytes stimulating Hormone), increase dendrite formation in melanocytes, transfer the melanosomes to keratinocytes.
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Psoralea corylifolia - has been used since centuries in leukoderma, psoriasis, vitiligo, asthma, ulcers, kidney disorders, and as an aphrodisiac and an anti-inflammatory. It is reported to contain essential oil, coumarins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and terpenoids.
Wrightia tinctoria - plant has been assigned to analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-pyretic activities and to be effective in the treatment of Triterpinoids components of the leaves and pods of Wrightia tinctoria also isolated.
Indigofera tinctoria -clean the liver, detoxify the blood, reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and reduce fever.
Oleum Cocos nucifera - fatty acids in coconut oil can encourage your body to burn fat, and they provide quick energy to your body and brain. They also raise HDL (good) cholesterol in your blood, which may help reduce heart disease risk and skin diseases.
Piper longum - used to treat chronic bronchitis, asthma, constipation, gonorrhea, paralysis of the tongue, diarrhea, cholera, chronic malaria, viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, stomachache, bronchitis, diseases of the spleen, cough, and tumors.
