MAHAMANJISTHADI KWATH CHOORANAM;

Mahamanjisthadi Kwath is a Blood Purifier and Immuno-modulator. It improves the circulation of Blood. The world today is constantly moving towards finding natural and herbal remedies for various ailments. For centuries now, Ayurveda has used a variety of naturally occurring substances like herbs, leaves, tree barks, roots et cetera to heal different ailments effectively. Ayurvedic supplements and remedies have been gaining prominence in recent times owing to the fact that there are no side effects and it literally has no long-lasting effects on the body, while also treating illnesses holistically.

Everyone knows the importance of blood, and keeping it free of toxins is absolutely vital in ensuring good health. Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) -has been evaluated for its wound healing activity. The leaves of this plant also studied for its antiviral and in-vitro free radical scavenging activity. Apart from its medicinal value, Manjistha has also been used as natural food colorants and natural dyes

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) - is used for diabetes, high cholesterol, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), upset stomach, gout, lymphoma and other cancers, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), hepatitis, peptic ulcer disease (PUD), fever, gonorrhea, syphilis, and to boost the immune system.

Nimba (Azadirachta indica) -is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.

Nisa (Curcuma longa) - used to treat different conditions of inflammatory origin such as joint pain and skin inflammation, and is also used for diarrheal conditions and fever.

Devadaru (Cedrus deodara) -act as expectorant and useful in curing piles, epilepsy, stones in the kidney and bladder, useful in fevers and in many other disorders. The oil is antiseptic in nature and helpful in curing skin diseases, wounds, urogenital diseases, diaphoretic as well as insecticide.

Vacha (Acorus calamus) - is used for gastrointestinal (GI) problems including ulcers, inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis), intestinal gas (flatulence), upset stomach and loss of appetite (anorexia).

Tikta (Solanum indicum) -is an antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, immunomodulatory, and has neuroprotective effects and is diaphoretic, expectorant and stimulant also. Ayurveda has considered it to be one of the finest herb useful in treating cold, cough, sore throat and asthma.

Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) -immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, hepatoprotective, and anticancer actions.

Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) -is used to protect the liver and to treat respiratory conditions, including respiratory tract infections, cough, and sore throat. Terminalia bellerica and Terminalia chebula are used as a lotion for sore eyes. Terminalia chebula is also used topically as a mouthwash and gargle.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) -high medicinal value and traditionally used for the treatment of various ailments for human beings. Some of the folklore people used this plant in the treatment of asthma, sore throat, vomiting, hiccough, diarrhea, dysentery, bleeding piles, ulcers, gout, heart and bladder diseases.

Mahamanjisthadi Kwath is a Kashaya or decoction of herbs. It should be taken by diluting with boiled water. You need to boil 60 ml of water. Then allow it to cool. Add 15 ml of the Kwath to it and mix thoroughly. This water can be consumed to help experience the benefits of this supplement. The instructions of the physician should be followed for dosage of this supplement.
