Pulcerid capsule is an ayurvedic herbal formulation. it is useful for GI tract infections and gastric disorders. The pulceride capsule is useful for gastric ulcers and the burning sensation of the stomach and heart-burning, vomiting and nausea 

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Tinospora cordifolia has an importance in traditional ayurvedic medicine used for ages in the treatment of fever, jaundice, chronic diarrhea, cancer, dysentery, bone fracture, pain, asthuma, skin disease, poisonous insect, snake bite, eye disorders.

Prunus cerasoides, is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of skin diseases, increasing the complexion and used as uterine ;

Coriandrum sativum - is taken by mouth for stomach and intestinal problems including upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, intestinal gas, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It is also taken by mouth for convulsions, insomnia, anxiety, and to treat infections caused by bacteria and fungus.

Pterocarpus santalinus - has been used in inducing vomiting and treating eye diseases, mental aberrations, and ulcers. The heartwood of Red sanders is known to have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anthelmintic, tonic, hemorrhage, dysentery, aphrodisiac, and diaphoretic activities. It has also been used as a cooling agent.

Azadirachta Indica - is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.

Aerva lanata is commonly described in Ayurveda as a diuretic with anti-inflammatory, antihelmintic, anti-bacterial and mild analgesic effects. It is used in the treatment of lithiasis, cough, asthma, and headache and as an antidote for rat poisoning.

Holoptelea Integrifolia in traditional ayurvedic system: The bark and leaves are used as bitter, astrigents, anthelmintic, and used in treatment of diabetes, skin disease, intestinal disorder, leprosy, rheumatism and wound healing in the form of paste.

Solanum indicum - is useful in the treatment of asthma, catarrh, dropsy, chest pain, chronic fever, colic, dry and spasmodic cough, oedema, scorpion stings, difficult urination, and worm infestation.

Cedrus deodara - act as expectorant and useful in curing piles, epilepsy, stones in the kidney and bladder, useful in fevers and in many other disorders. The oil is antiseptic in nature and helpful in curing skin diseases, wounds, urogenital diseases, diaphoretic as well as insecticide.

Piper cubeba - for increasing urination to relieve water retention (as a diuretic). They also use it to treat a certain parasitic infection in the intestines called amoebic dysentery. Other uses include treatment of intestinal gas, gonorrhea, and cancer. Some people take it for loosening mucus.

Plumbago zeylanica - used in the treatment of stubborn chronic rheumatoid arthritis, skin diseases and tumerous growths as recommended by Ayurveda. It also finds its use in correcting chronic menstrual disorders, viral warts and chronic diseases of nervous system.

Aegle marmelos possesses antidiarrhoeal, antimicrobial, antiviral, radioprotective, anticancer, chemopreventive, antipyretic, ulcer healing, antigenotoxic, diuretic, antifertility and anti-inflammatory properties.

Gmelina arborea - are reported to have wound-healing and antidiarrheal properties. Various studies demonstrated that G. arborea and its constituents possess several pharmacological activities like anti-oxidant, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, analgesic, anti-nociceptive, anticancer and wound healing activities.

Desmodium gangeticum - has febrifuge, aphrodisiac, analgesic, diuretic, antiinflammatory, and haemorrhagic properties. It is used in postnatal complaints, diarrhoea, chronic fever, biliousness, cough, vomiting, and asthma. It is an important ingredient of dasmoolarishta and chyavanprash.

Premna integrifolia - is anti-inflammatory, stomachic, and anti-pyretic, and is prescribed in liver complaints, cold, obstinate fevers, flatulence, urticaria, rheumatism, and neuralgia. The roots of the plant are constituent of Ayurvedic medicine 'dashamula' and used for a various ailments.

Tribulus Terrestris - gonorrhea, liver disease (hepatitis), inflammation, joint pain (rheumatism), leprosy, coughs, headache, dizziness (vertigo), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and enhancing athletic performance. It is also used for stimulating appetite and as an astringent, tonic, and mood enhancer.

Uraria picta - is useful in quick healing of bone fractures. It is used as a cardio and nervine tonic and has anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and diuretic properties. The root of the plant is one of the ingredients of 'dasamoola' in Ayurveda.

Glycyrrhiza glabra - is a small perennial herb that has been traditionally used to treat many diseases, such as respiratory disorders, hyperdipsia, epilepsy, fever, sexual debility, paralysis, stomach ulcers, rheumatism, skin diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, and jaundice.

Oroxylum indicum - prevention and treatment of several diseases, such as jaundice, arthritic and rheumatic problems, gastric ulcers, tumors, respiratory diseases, diabetes, and diarrhea and dysentery, among others.

Emblica officinalis (Amla) are widely used in the Indian system of medicine and believed to increase defense against diseases. Its applications for memory enhancing, ophthalmic disorders, lowering cholesterol level are ;

 Loha Bhasma - is a complex herbomineral preparation widely used as an Ayurvedic hematinic agent. It is an effective remedy for chronic fever, phthisis, Breathlessness etc., and possesses vitality enhancing, strength promoting and anti aging  properties.

Shankha Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from purified Conch shells. It is widely used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) patients. It may be helpful in hyperacidity, loss of appetite, irritable bowel syndrome, and pain in the abdomen.

Zingiber officinale - it is useful for indigestion, gastritis, flatulence and  cold/fever, cough

Piper nigram - its useful for cough, fever, cold, bronchitis, indigestion, gastritis, and toxic conditions, it improve immunity and strength

Piper longum - it is useful for cough, spasm, fever, throat infections, indigestion, and bronchial asthma, improves immunity and body strength.
