Dosage 2-3 tablets twice or thrice daily or as directed by the physician.

MAHARASNADI KASHAYAM;

Maharasnadi Kashayam Tablet is an Ayurvedic medicine in Kashayam form, it is also known as Rasnadi Kwath, kashaya, kwacha, etc. It has potent anti-inflammatory benefits. Doctors also prescribe this for the treatment of Eczema, dermatitis, Chikungunya arthritis, Viral arthritis. It is also used in the treatment of infertility of both males and females.

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Pluchea lanceolata - is used for inflammation and bronchitis, psoriasis, cough, and piles. It is also used as an antipyretic, analgesic, dyspepsia, rheumatoid arthritis, bitter, laxative and nerve ;

Alhagi pseudalhagi - acts as a purgative, diaphoretic, expectorant, and diuretic used to treat piles, migraine, warts, and rheumatism.

Sida cordifolia - is applied directly to the skin for numbness, nerve pain, muscle cramps, skin disorders, tumors, joint pain (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), healing wounds, ulcers, scorpion sting, snakebite, and as a massage oil.

Ricinus communis - used in traditional medicine such as abdominal disorders, arthritis, backache, muscle aches, bilharziasis, chronic backache and sciatica, chronic headache, constipation, the expulsion of the placenta, gallbladder pain, period pain, menstrual cramps, rheumatism, sleeplessness, and insomnia.

Cedrus deodara - act as an expectorant and useful in curing piles, epilepsy, stones in the kidney and bladder, useful in fevers, and in many other disorders. The oil is antiseptic in nature and helpful in curing skin diseases, wounds, urogenital diseases, diaphoretic as well as insecticide.

Hedychium spicatum -  used in medicines, food, cosmetics and perfumery industries. Traditionally, it is widely used in treating inflammation, pain, asthma, foul breath, vomiting, diarrhoea, bronchitis, hiccough, and blood diseases.

Acorus calamus -  is used to make medicine. Despite safety concerns, the calamus is used for gastrointestinal (GI) problems including ulcers, inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis), intestinal gas (flatulence), upset stomach, and loss of appetite (anorexia).

Adhatoda vasica  - used for a multitude of disorders including; bronchitis, leprosy, blood disorders, heart troubles, thirst, asthma, fever, vomiting, loss of memory, leucoderma, jaundice, tumors, mouth troubles, sore-eye, fever, and gonorrhea.

Zingiber offcinale  - is used to treat nausea, dysentery, heartburn, flatulence, diarrhea, loss of appetite, infections, cough, and bronchitis.

Terminalia chebula  -  is used to protect the liver and to treat respiratory conditions, including respiratory tract infections, cough, and sore throat. Terminalia chebula is used for dysentery.

Piper chaba - used as an ingredient in Thai traditional preparation for arthritis. Its isolated compound is piperine which shows anti-inflammatory activity. Piperine produces a burning sensation because it activates the TRPV1 receptor. The TRPV1 activation involved with the analgesic and adjuvant effect.

Cyperus rotundus - is a medicinal herb traditionally used to treat various clinical conditions at homes such as diarrhea, diabetes, pyresis, inflammation, malaria, and stomach and bowel disorders.

Boerhavia diffusa  - is mainly used to treat the accumulation of fluids (Oedematous conditions) in the body. It is considered to be an effective "Rasayana". It is also used in the treatment of anemia and liver diseases as recommended by Indian Ayurveda.

Tinospora cordifolia -  is used for diabetes, high cholesterol, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), upset stomach, gout, lymphoma, and other cancers, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), hepatitis, peptic ulcer disease (PUD), fever, gonorrhea, syphilis, and to boost the immune system.

Argyria speciosa - anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, immunomodulatory, adaptogenic, and hepatoprotective have also been reported.

Anethum Sowa - antibacterial, antiseptic, antispasmodic, cardio depressant, carminative, digestive, diuretic, blood sugar lowering, blood pressure lowing, breast milk stimulating, and laxative properties

Withania somnifera - is used in treating a wide variety of illnesses including asthma, diabetes, hypertension, stress, arthritic diseases, and cancer.

Aconitum heterophyllum- helps in the treatment of bronchitis, persistent cough, upper respiratory tract infections, common cold, flu, and malaria. In ayurvedic pediatric medicine, it is used to treat fever, cough, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Cassia fistula -has many medicinal properties like are astringent, cooling, purgative, febrifuge, tonic, laxative, anthelmintic, emetic, antiperiodic, febrifuge, diuretic, depurative, carminative, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and ophthalmic.

Asparagus racemosus -  upset stomach (dyspepsia), constipation, stomach spasms, and stomach ulcers. It is also used for fluid retention, pain, anxiety, cancer, diarrhea, bronchitis, tuberculosis, dementia, and diabetes. Some people use it to ease alcohol withdrawal.

Piper longum - is most commonly used to treat chronic bronchitis, asthma, constipation, gonorrhea, paralysis of the tongue, diarrhea, cholera, chronic malaria, viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, stomachache, bronchitis, diseases of the spleen, cough, and tumors.

Barleria priorities - has been utilized for the treatment of toothache, catarrhal affections, whooping cough, inflammations, glandular swellings, urinary infection, jaundice, fever, gastrointestinal disorders and as diuretic and tonic.

Solanum xanthocarpum - used for the treatment of many infectious and degenerative diseases in traditional medicine.

Coriandrum sativum -  is used for a long-term disorder of the large intestines that causes stomach pain (irritable bowel syndrome or IBS), constipation, diarrhea, gas problems.

Solanum Indicum -  is useful in the treatment of asthma, catarrh, dropsy, chest pain, chronic fever, colic, dry and spasmodic cough, edema, scorpion stings, difficult urination, and worm infestation.

It is used in Vata disorders like Kampavata (Parkinson’s disease), hemiplegia, osteoarthritis, bloating disease, knee pain, hip pain.

It is also used in the treatment of infertility of both males and females.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS: 

Take 15ml with an equal quantity of water twice daily after meals or as advised by the physician.

Tablets use as directed by the physician.
